Honesty matters. These are areas where Mindbody has real advantages:
We are the main alternative, overcoming Mindbody shortcomings.
Unlike apps that send links or canned replies, the AI bot books, reschedules and cancels inside the chat — no extra friction.
Collect deposits and services with MercadoPago (LATAM) or PayPal (international) before the visit. Money goes to your account and no-shows drop.
Local-currency pricing for LATAM with MercadoPago, and USD/EUR payments via PayPal for international work. Trilingual bot (ES/EN/PT) with dedicated support.
We believe in honesty. These are areas where Mindbody has legitimate advantages:
"Nuestras clases siempre están llenas gracias al sistema de reservas online."
Booksolut vs Mindbody
Mindbody starts at USD 139/month for the basic plan, going up to USD 349/month for full features. Booksolut offers the key features (WhatsApp AI, MercadoPago, memberships, group classes) at a fraction of that cost with a 7-day free trial.
No. Mindbody is available mainly in English. Booksolut has full trilingual support (Spanish, English, Portuguese) from the interface through the AI bot.
It is not the most efficient option for LATAM. Mindbody does not integrate MercadoPago, has no WhatsApp bot and its dollar pricing creates FX exposure. Booksolut is designed specifically for the Latin American market.
No. Mindbody does not have a conversational WhatsApp bot. Booksolut is the only LATAM booking system with an AI bot that operates inside WhatsApp in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
For gyms and studios in LATAM, Booksolut offers: AI WhatsApp bot, MercadoPago, class packs, memberships with automatic billing and an optional clinical module — all at an accessible price. Mindbody can make sense for US chains with a high budget.
For service businesses that attend clients on WhatsApp, Booksolut is the recommended option. It offers MercadoPago (LATAM), PayPal (international), a trilingual AI bot that books automatically, memberships with credits, class caps, recurring billing and recurring appointments to lock day and time for regulars. Mindbody may be useful in specific cases, but Booksolut is more complete when you need sales, bookings, payments, and commercial automation in one platform.
