• Calendar synchronization with Google Calendar
• Payment processing through MercadoPago
• Automated email and WhatsApp notifications and reminders
• Client and staff management tools
• Administrative dashboard

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Clients: Can book appointments and manage their bookings
• Staff: Can view and manage assigned appointments
• Administrators: Have full access to system features

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Appointments and Bookings

5.1 Booking Process

• Appointments are subject to availability
• Confirmation is sent via email
• You are responsible for providing accurate information
• Reminders are sent 24 hours before appointments

5.2 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel appointments through the cancellation link in your email
• Cancellation policies vary by service provider
• Refunds are subject to the service provider's policy
• Late cancellations may incur fees

5.3 No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend scheduled appointments may result in fees
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through MercadoPago
• You agree to provide valid payment information
• Prices are displayed in the local currency
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6.2 Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
• Refunds are processed according to the service provider's policy
• Processing time may vary (typically 5-10 business days)

7. Google Calendar Integration

7.1 Authorization

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize us to:

• Access your calendar data
• Create, update, and delete events
• Sync appointments in real-time

7.2 Data Usage

• We only access calendars you explicitly authorize
• Calendar data is used solely for appointment synchronization
• You can disconnect at any time from your account settings

7.3 Google API Compliance

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

7.4 Integration Logic and Connection Account

The integration uses OAuth 2.0. Booksolut’s Google Cloud project is registered under the developer email federico.cueto@wirsolut.com (additional contact soporte@booksolut.com). Booksolut reads and writes events solely to manage bookings for the business that authorized the connection. You can revoke access at any time from Google Calendar settings in Booksolut or from your Google Account permissions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Booksolut and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

10. Email and WhatsApp Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Cancellation notifications
• Service updates and announcements
• Automated WhatsApp responses generated by artificial intelligence

You may opt-out of promotional emails but will continue to receive transactional emails related to your appointments. For WhatsApp communications, you can send "STOP" at any time to stop receiving automated messages.

10.1 WhatsApp Bot

Booksolut offers an AI-powered automated WhatsApp assistant. By interacting with our WhatsApp bot:

• You agree to receive AI-generated automated responses
• Conversations may be stored to improve the service
• You can request to speak with a human agent at any time
• You can send "STOP" to stop receiving automated messages
• Bot responses are informational and do not constitute professional advice

The WhatsApp bot operates under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and complies with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

11.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

• Google Calendar service availability or functionality
• MercadoPago payment processing issues
• Third-party service provider actions or omissions

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booksolut shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booksolut and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
