2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our service, we automatically collect certain information, including:

• IP address and approximate country on the website (not phone GPS)

2.3 Booksolut native app

The app (package com.booksolut.clients) is the same product. It collects only what the account and the slot need:

• Account name, email and phone
• Install identifiers, session (JWT) and push notification token
• Product usage: bookings, confirm, complete, pending deposit
• We do not request GPS location, camera, contacts or microphone
• No in-app purchases and no ads. The deposit is paid in the shop’s MercadoPago or PayPal, in a tab outside the app
• You can request deletion from More → Delete account, or on the shop website

• Provide and maintain our appointment booking service
• Process your bookings and payments
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders
• Sync appointments with your Google Calendar (with your permission)
• Improve our services and user experience

• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp through our AI assistant
• Improve bot response quality by analyzing conversations

4. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar:

• We request permission to access your calendar data
• We only access calendars you explicitly authorize
• We create, update, and delete events based on your appointments
• We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain the connection
• You can disconnect at any time from your account settings

Google API Services User Data Policy: Booksolut's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth scope requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. It lets us list calendars and create, update, or delete events for Booksolut appointments. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other Google products.

Limited Use requirements

Booksolut complies with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. In particular:

• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, including remarketing, personalized targeting, advertising cookies, or audience resale.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to provide or improve user-facing features, for security, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: the user gave affirmative agreement for specific messages; it is necessary for security; it is necessary to comply with applicable law; or use is limited to internal operations and the data is aggregated or anonymized.
• We do not use Google user data for creditworthiness or for any purpose unrelated to the appointment-calendar features the user sees in Booksolut.
• Calendar data is used only so the business can choose a calendar and so Booksolut can create, update, or delete events that correspond to Booksolut appointments.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

5.1 Service Providers

• Google Calendar: For calendar synchronization
• MercadoPago: For payment processing
• Email Service Providers: For sending notifications
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): For automated client communications via WhatsApp Business API
• AI Providers (Google Gemini): To generate automated WhatsApp bot responses
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: App push token only, for booking notices

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
