At Booksolut, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.
1. What Data We Can Delete
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- WhatsApp conversation history
- Appointment and booking data associated with your account
- Personalized preferences and settings
- Authentication tokens and sessions
2. Data We May Retain
Due to legal or contractual obligations, we may retain certain data in anonymized form:
- Financial transaction records (required by tax law)
- Data necessary to resolve pending disputes
- Audit logs required by applicable legislation
3. How to Request Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in any of the following ways:
- By Email: Send an email to soporte@booksolut.com with the subject "Data deletion request"
- By WhatsApp: Message our bot and request "delete my data"
- From your account: Log in to your dashboard and request deletion from Settings
4. Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your data has been deleted.
5. WhatsApp Data Deletion
If you interacted with our WhatsApp bot, your conversations and associated data will be deleted along with the rest of your information. You can also send "STOP" to the bot to immediately stop receiving messages.
